About 3 seconds after i started the watch at 09:33:34 UT July 23, STS-104 started to fade from its mag +2 brighness 24 deg. elev in SSW. ISS at mag 1.6 did the same thing at 09:34:26 some 52 secs later. From the HA predictions I was expecting a 44 second separation.
