1992-043F (#22048) Proton DM stage Auxiliary Motor

SPACECOM'S  1 DAYS BEFORE DECAY  message - prepared July 22, 10:38 UTC - shows
the decay on       23 July, 13:01 UTC +/- 17 hours (30.6°S, 231.0°E)
on a descending pass over the Atlantic.
MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSET'S 01202.916... - 01203.303... the decay on
                   23 July, 12:38 UTC +/- 45 minutes (31.71°N, 166.61°E)
also on a descending pass over the Pacific. Around this time +/- one rev there
is no crossing over USA/Canada.
