    I never noticed the tum after Ir 9 until a couple of weeks ago. It went tum back in Oct.,
    (thank you Mike). Real nice -1.0 to -2.0 max's on ascension from south 47d to just
    past zenith in Hercules.  I could only count flashes during a 60 sec period so I do not
    know if they were evenly spaced, but they seemed so.  The third Max exibited a brilliant double flash.  some
    4.0 glimmers were observed on descent to the north down to 60 elev.
    and nothing was noted below that.  (if anyone else has PPAS obs for this one, could you send them along,
    please  :-).
    
    Lacrosse 4 observed pretty much on time passing below gamma cygnus no data points as target stars were
    sparse.  Magnitude seemed brighter than Gam Cyg which is 2.2? Could not acquire 24680 due to limiting mag.
