1986-068D (#16939) MOLNIYA 1-68 RB 2

SPACECOM'S  2 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared July 19, 08:45 UTC - shows
the decay on        19 July, 10:49 UTC +/-02 hours (25.0°S, 165.3°E)
on a northbound pass over the Pacific.

MPM + REENTRY delivers with ELSET'S 01200.012... - 01200.329... the decay on
                    19 July, 10:45 UTC +/- 22 minutes (38.27°S, 155.79°E)
on the same pass also the Pacific.
Around 09:39 UTC the RB will "enter"  NW Canada (49.0°N, 126.6°W)....
