1986-068D (#16939) MOLNIYA 1-68 RB 2

At this time there is no 12 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message from SPACECOM. My
prediction with MPM + REENTRY based on the ELSET'S 01199.621... and
01199.752... delivers now the decay on
                  19 July, 09:02 UTC +/- 45 minutes (62.06°S, 113.59°E)
on a descending pass over the Indian Ocean.
No interesting object for our USA folk....
