    1986-068D (#16939) MOLNIYA 1-68 RB 2

This is an extremly difficult predictable object...
    SPACECOM'S 1 DAYS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared July 18, 10:50 UTC - shows
    the decay on 19 July, 07:36 UTC +/- 13 hours (38.9°S, 203.0°E)
on a northbound over the Pacific.

    MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSET'S 01199.290... - 01199.423... the decay
    on 19 July, 07:40 UTC +/- ´90 minutes (26.10°S, 211.50°E)
on the same pass also over the Pacific.
This pass will cross about 15 minutes later the United States. But let us
wait a couple of hours for a more stable decay phase and so on for reliable
    ELSET'S.
