    Hi All

USA 103. Flaring stopped after the 12th, it reached +1 on the 13th and +5
tonight. Flares to -2->-3 occurred on five nights in total. As I understand
from Tony Beresford, this is the same pattern of behaviour that led to USA
    103s discovery by Rob McNaught.

Would anyone like to comment on whether these "Trumpet flares" might be
predicted? I've recorded the flare position and magnitude over eight nights.
