    The interceptor and target are probably vaporized. Even if there was some
    solid debris, the warhead and interceptor are not traveling at orbital
    velocity, so I don't think any debris would enter orbit.
    
    By the way, the Minuteman II launch was nice. I was 3 miles from the silo.
    The original 19:05 PDT launch was halted at about T-1 minute because
    protestors had landed on the beach near the silo in Zodiac-type rafts.
