I derived this update using observations by myself, Paul Gabriel, Jim Nix,
Alberto Rango, Peter Wakelin and Mike Waterman, during the period 2001 Jul 09 -
12 UTC:

Mean residuals are about 0.01 deg.

I decided not to wait for additional obs, because this is likely to be the only
time I have to perform an update prior to tomorrow night.
