SPACECOM'S  12 HOURS BEFORE DECAY  message - prepared July 11, 14:59 UTC - shows
the decay on         12 July, 02:52 UTC +/- 08 hours (0.0°N, 22.3°E)
on a descending pass over Central Africa.

MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELST'S 01192.112... 01192-539... the decay on
                     12 July, 02:51 UTC +/- 11 minutes (1.48°N, 20.34°E)
on the same pass also over Central Africa.

The satellite will cross on this final orbit the United States at about 
02:20 - 02:30 UTC from SW to NE (31.87°N, 113.90 W to  46.12°N, 65.76°W).
Also the preceding pass will cross the States as Jim Nix mentioned in its
message....
