Based on my observation on 2001 Jul 10 at 21:54 UTC, here is an improved
preliminary orbit:

1 79014U          01188.45581019  .00020268  00000-0  26989-3 0    00
2 79014  98.2382 250.4225 0507752 164.1727 340.1736 14.77252567    09

This is a good fit to yesterday's obs by Jim Nix and myself, as well as today's
obs.

I hope to obtain more data on the next pass. Later tonight, I will post my
data, and hopefully a more definitive orbit.
