Despite my bright sky, I searched for USA 116 from -1 min off:
    USA 116
    1 23728U 95066A 01185.93699832 0.00013500 00000-0 28362-3 0 08
    2 23728 97.9050 298.0714 0426500 24.8650 335.1348 14.84599901 04

at about +3m 45s (22:14:06) I saw something on a a track parallell to USA
    116's, near RA 23h 15m, +24d (2000). I lost it in 7*50 before I could find
any reference stars, and saw no naked-eye flash after that.

I am at site 5919 now
