2001-027B (#26860) Delta 2 R/B

SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT  - prepared July 07, 22:18 UTC - shows the decay on
                 07 July, 19:40 UTC +/- 28 minutes (14.1°S, 334.8°E)
on a descending pass over the Atlantic near the coast of Brazil. This is iden-
tical with their  2 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message.

MPM + REENTRY shows now including the final ELSET 01188.781... the decay on
                 07 July, 19:39 UTC +/- 11 minutes (13.60°S, 330.52°E)
on the same pass over the Atlantic. In comparison with my preceding prediction
there only a minor shift of + 03 minutes.
