Neither KeyHole manoeuvred on 2001 Jul 02, the date on which USA 129's perigee
crossed the equator. It may occur on 2001 Jul 12, when USA 116's perigee
crosses the equator, but there is no guarantee.

The most recent KeyHole major re-boosts occurred last fall, about 6 days after
USA 129's perigee crossed the equator, and about 4 days before USA 116's did
    likewise.
