I observed the same pass and came to the same conclusion. I took a point at
02:48:37.7 UTC but had trouble with the coordinates due to poor viewing
conditions :
RA 13h28.4m
dec +03d58.2m
within 5 arcmin

Location : 45.8681 N, 72.5133 W, 75 m
