USA 129 was still in its pre-manoeuvre orbit as of my obs on 2001 Jul 03 at
about 02:49 UTC:

I believe I obtained one useful point, which I will post later.

Observers further west in North America need only consider the following two
search orbits, in case it manoeuvred on one of the two perigee passages
following my obs:
