Harro has already reported on the decays of #24878 (on Jul 23), #23050
(Jul 25), #25123 (Jul 27) and #26357 (Jul 27). FWIW, and now that I am
back from vacation, I have updated my Decay Watch page at
        http://www.wingar.demon.co.uk/satevo/dkwatch/
with summaries of the SpaceCom decay warnings, the final published
elsets and my own analyses of these re-entries.
