    hello all,

as you might have noticed in the past months and by Tristan's mail,
I haven't had much time for updating the PPAS and won't have to do so
in the next months due to other priorities.

Fortenately Bram Dorreman and Tristan Cools were found to take
over this job. Thanks a lot for that guys !

As some data are still being transferred, I want to clarify some small
    things :

The new available update PPAS8-03 contains all PPAS observations
with data preceding January 1, 2000. This update was used within
the BWGS to prepare the report of 1999, which hasn't been made
available on SeeSat-L yet. I hope to find some time for that in
    the next weeks.

Some question-marked observers are not as unknown as one might think:

The correct address of Bram is :
Bram Dorreman, Bremstraat 29, 3930 Achel, Belgium

In the past a lot of observations were received in no-format at all
or in a format far from the PPAS format. This causes a lot of work
to transfer them... So please use the PPAS format to make life
    easier for Bram and Tristan.
