Observing Program of the Belgian Working Group Satellites(BWGS)
    ---------------------------------------------------------------
The Belgian Working Group Satellites has been active in collecting flash
period measurements since 1987. Our priority list contains 468 satellites.

Our program files can be downloaded at the new BWGS pages:

    http://gallery.uunet.be/tcools/satimage/bwgs/bwgs.htm

    The program files include:

-PPAS8 database: Over 50000 flash observations
            -PPAS8-01 untill 03: updates to PPAS8
            -satorama.txt: this file
-program.rob: a description file of each satellite in our program

The following categories can be found in program.rob:

b flashing object for beginners, mostly a brigh regular object
    d difficult to measure
S steady object, potentially flashing in the future
? flash period is unknown or uncertain
    - long flash period(>40s)
    ! top-priority object(mostly objects which have accelerated)
            regular object
    g geostationary object
h highly eccentric orbit(GTO and others)

I want to thank Kurt Jonckheere for having collected the observations for
    the past few years.
From now on Bram Dorreman will be our satellite observations collecter and
Tristan Cools will be responsibel again for compiling the program.

    Happy observing,
