Based on a new determination of the ballistic coefficient from a least squares
retro-fit over the last three day ELSETs the decay time is now
                   27 July, 14:59.0  UTC +/- 11 minutes (27.04°S, 301.17°E)
on a southbound pass over Paraguay / Argentina. This is 19 minutes later then
my preceding analysis shows.
BTW: I am still waiting for SpaceCom's FINAL REPORT, but I suspect without
success.
