In the original list of maneuvers for Zvezda there were two scheduled for early 23 July UTC. Checking the latest TLEs from OIG shows a decrease in Mean Motion from the epoch 00205.08741429 to the epoch 00205.16440781 TLEs. This would cause Zvezda to be later than predicted with a 22 July TLE.
