Possibly my last obs of the USA 149 Titan 4 Rk (the "IUS 22" mentioned on Space Online's note about the May 8 launch?). Each pass is earlier, into brighter twilight, and it is nearing decay: 00- 24 B 00-07-21 01:53:05 EC 20.7 0.2 19 1.09 mag +1->inv (1x) I think that the next Titan launch is the NRO's scheduled for August 11 (or "no earlier than August 10" depending on the news site) from Vandenberg AFB. Space Online's note says "no upper stage".
