USA 129 obs

    USA 129 - this one was very difficult for me-observed in Bootes-it 
    ws still basically twilight-the star area I chose to take position of 
    sat was not as readilly distinguishable as I thought so I am unsure 
    if the location co-ords are accurate at all-in other words I think I 
    may be out quite a lot in ra and dec.

    anyway-observed using 6.25" reflector at approx 58* mag. Please-
    feedback is appreciated-thanks for comments received concerning 
    17th's obs.
