For those interested, I have updated my Decay Watch page at
       http://www.wingar.demon.co.uk/satevo/dkwatch/
with the latest predictions and elsets for the current decayers. Added
since my update earlier today is #24878 = 97- 35 C = GPS 2R-2 r2 (PAM-D)
with decay on July 21 (SpaceCom) or July 24 (SatEvo).
