1990-061F (#26401) PROTON DM AUXILIARY MOTOR

SpaceCom's FINAL REPORT - prepared July 16,17:34 UTC - shows the decay on
                 16 July, 09:20 UTC +/- 03 hours (46.6°N, 130.4°E)
on the northern apex over China.

MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 00197.683... - 00198.187... the decay on
                 16 July, 09:36 UTC +/- 22 minutes (22.02°N, 192.11°E)
on a southbound pass over Pacific.
