The GPS IIR-5 spacecraft was placed into orbit today.   
On July 31 a U.S. Air Force Titan 4B is going to launch something for the National Reconnaissance
Office.
Is this going to be a lacrosse satellite, or do people have any idea of what they might be
launching.
