    #23209 = 94- 50 G = Cosmos 2287 aux motor

    Current decay predictions:

       SatEvo: Jul 10 20:28 +-8h 47.5 S 19.0 E

The latest elset has this almost 2 minutes early against yesterday's
prediction. I show this decaying while southbound to the south of the
cape of Good Hope, S Africa. If it survives, it passes to the E of
Adelaide, South Australia, at 20:48 UTC, heading NNE. The uncertainty is
still several orbits, and SpaceCom is predicting a much earlier decay.
