Decaying Sputnik spotted

Again, despite haze, clouds, and moonlight, we caught a glimpse of
another about-to-decay object - 25685 = 99-015C = Sputnik 99/Jr/...

As would be expected, it was moving EXTREMELY rapidly and we saw it
pass near gamma Cygni at an estimated magnitude of about 5.8. As near
as we could tell, it was on track and time with respect to Alan Pickup's
Decay Watch element set ...
