1999-015C (#25685) SPUTNIK JR 3

SpaceComs last update - prepared July 28, 05:31 UTC - confirms my yesterdays
estimate for a significant earlier decay:
                        July 29, 07:36 UTC +/- 15 hours (35.0°S, 268.3°E)
MPM delivers with the last released - but not very fresh - ELSET 99208.932...
                        July 29, 08:01 UTC +/- 90 minutes
There is a large error margin in the calculation of the "decay area" . With some
more actual ELSETs I will give the position with my next update.
