I have just posted today's update to my Decay Watch page at

with decay notices for #25870 (Mir debris NG) and #25685 (Sputnik 99).
These should decay at July 29 21:40 UTC +-12h and July 30 03:06 UTC
+-15h by my calculations, though the SpaceCom predictions show earlier
decays than this. Unfortunately, fresh elsets for both objects are long
overdue.
