First in PPAS format:

Globalstar 36 r (25625) seems to be flashing slower that I recall.
Okean-O r (25861) seemed to flash in pairs of 2 flashes(Ff, F'f'  ?).

Iridium 48 tum (25107) gave a nice bright flash at 02:58:20 UTC 27 July just 
prior to entering eclipse.

The Spot 3 passes that I have observed of late have been flashing 
irregularly.  

The Hubble Space Telescope (20580) was a solid +1 mag at 02:30:00 UTC at 
215az, 15 el.
