I have just posted today's second update to my decay Watch page at

containing decay notices for :
#25870 = 86- 17 NG = Mir debris, with SatEvo predicted decay at July 26
00:39 UTC +-16h;
#25685 = 99- 15 C = Sputnik 99 (aka Sputnik Jr. 3), which I predict will
decay at July 30 00:11 UTC +-18h. This is small, with an RCS value of
0.2935 m^2. Eclipse entry occurs near 44 deg N latitude at about 20:30
local time while southbound. It leaves eclipse near southern apex at
about 06:00 local time.
