The last forecast from SpaceCom - prepared July 23, 17:11 UTC shows the decay at
                  July 23, 19:17 UTC +/- 03 hours (07.6°S, 260.5°E)
Also MPM shows no significant change against my last prediction:
                  July 23, 19:10 UTC +/- 22 minutes ( 18.17°N, 248.58°E)
I hope Rob and other SeeSaters have a little chance to see the begin of a  
daylight reentry !!!
