The freshest update from SpaceCom- prepared july 23, 12:59 UTC - shifted the 
decay in my later earlier predicted later direction:
                   July 23, 19:21 UTC +/- 05 hours (21.8°S, 267.4°E)
MPM shows with the last released ELSET - 99204.465... - a decay at
                   July 23, 19:10 UTC +/- 44 minutes (16.01°N, 248.8°E)
The last part of the Orbit is a descending track and cross at daylight
California around 19:01 UTC.
