Back in town after vaccation and a lot of time consuming space related activities
here my MPM decay predictions again:

1986-079D (#17041) SL-6 R/B 2:

SpaceCom has updated its forecast - prepared July 22, 1999, 11:27 UTC:
                     July 22, 17:57 UTC +/- 04 hours (60.6°S,  65.1°E)

MPM shows with the last released ELSETs 99203.337... and 99203.460... at decay at
                     July 22  17:54 UTC +/- 90 minutes (59.7°S, 59.2°E)

This is on the descending part near the southern apex of the orbit and the 
perigee with a decay area over the Indian Ocean. The final orbit passes West 
Africa and the coast of Namibia.
