Below are my obs of 85- 79 B in the last months:

85- 79 B 99-04-19 21:36:55   LB  119.3 0.5  10 11.93  AA, mag 5->7

85- 79 B 99-04-27 20:38:05   LB  127.0 0.5  10 12.70  AA, mag 4->inv
85- 79 B 99-04-29 21:14:08   LB  126.0 0.2  10 12.60  AA, mag 4->inv
85- 79 B 99-05-02 21:18:51   LB  123.1 0.5  10 12.31  AA, mag 4->inv
85- 79 B 99-05-03 20:42:11   LB   49.7 0.5   4 12.43  AA, mag 5->inv
85- 79 B 99-07-06 22:15:38   LB  108.1 0.5   8 13.5   AA, mag 4->inv

It was even tumbling faster then Mike suspected.
Check the PPAS-files for more obs by other observers.
The estimated period of just over 14 seconds fits well with the above list.

It is an easy to observe object.
