I observed Globlstar 36 r #25625 99004E a couple of nights ago and yes it is
indeed tumbling, as are Globlstar 22 r #25653 99012E and Globlstar 45 r
#25680 00019E. I have not seen the other Globalstar rockets yet so i do not
know if they are tumblers.

As for the object that intersected it, Meteor 2-1 r #08027 75064B seems the
likely culprit.
