Delta/Globalstar Burn Alert for Australia

Based on a launch at 09:17:37 UT on 8 Jul 99, the second stage burn
starts at 10:19:30 UT and lasts about 26 seconds.  It appears the 
satellite is sunlit at that time.  Portions of Australia may have
an opportunity to see this burn.

AS a teaser for USA observers, the Delta depletion burn occurs over the
central portion of the US. If we get another launch where this event occurs
during nighttime here, we have a good chance of seeing it.  Refer to:

Another burn occurs near the southern tip of Baja California.
