Note the beginning of the two launch windows. Each launch window extends
for three (3) minutes.  Allow for appropriate time and crosstrack
uncertainties.

Orbital data used to create these elsets from ISI Consulting website.

I will provide additional data if it shows up on the Florida Today Space
Online website.  I suspect first obs in SW USA around 11:00 UT ( based on
first launch period).
