Hi,

It seems that today's Russian Proton launch failed. A preliminary
report is that at T+260 sec telemetry dropped for a second,
and since T+400 sec disappeared.
Proton was launched at 1332 UTC with new upper stage
Breeze and military comsat Raduga. The failure occured well
before Breeze would start. There's a chance that only TM failed,
not rocket itself, but it doesn't seem real.
