A couple of days ago I wrote (in the message 'Guest "variable
star" in Ursa Major"), regarding an observation on 2 July UTC

That was NOSS 2-1 (90-50C, D, and E), not 2-3, and I meant to
type "trio", not "trip" (which I guess could have passed for
a sort of an abbreviation of "triplet").

Since Thursday evening (local time), though some observing
was possible Friday and less on Saturday, the weather has not
cooperated so as to allow an attempt to confirm the one-power
observation of what seems to have been Molniya 3-36 tumbling
slowly in Ursa Major. Our weather prospects don't look very
good for the next several days, either.
