I'd suggest waiting for a few weeks before concluding that GPS and DMSP
elsets are back on OIG for good.  Hopefully they are, but the reasons for
their reappearance are unknown and they could be re-FOUOed by the same
mysterious processes that caused them to be withdrawn back in March.
