The Molniya rocket responsible for the launch of Interbol 2 and Magion 5
(and Microsat) in 1996 August is still predicted to decay about July 26
by my current calculations. It should have some good visible passes over
the coming days for some SeeSaters. At present, eclipse entry is at 34
deg N in the evening sky while heading in an ESE direction. It leaves
eclipse at 57 deg S in the morning.

As usual, my estimate for decay is based on a fit through several recent
elsets and is actually July 26.8 +-1 day.

The latest elset from OIG is:
IBol 2 Molniya r 2.0 0.0 0.0 3.9 v 257 x 196 km
