The Resurs (98 43A) and its Zenit rocket (98 43F) were observed
this evening.

The Zenit was preceding and seemed to be about 5 seconds early
compared to the Spacecom elset. It was about magnitude 3 and
steady. Zenits usually start tumbling with a period of about
0.4 seconds soon after launch.

The Resurs followed the Zenit by about 2 minutes. It seemed to be
a couple of seconds late compared to the Spacecom elset. It was about
magnitude 6 and steady.

Observations using 7x50 binoculars. (From Austin, TX)

The other objects were not seen.
