After reading an earlier post about Molniya 3-49 r1 #25380, i looked for it last night but no luck. I looked again this evening, it was predicted to come by at 05:41:34 8 Jul UTC but it arrived early, at 05:39:21 UTC, at that time it was due north of my location. At 05:39:52 UTC it passed just to the left of Cassiopeia Alpha, less than a half of a degree. It was moving along at a steady clip, flashing away and being quite visible until it was past Cassiopeia. I don't remember who it was that posted the earlier report of it but thanks for the heads up. Jari 54.24N 110.11W 556m
