Decays today?

I regret that missed alerting SeeSatters on the decay of the SL-6 rocket
#24454, with excellent visibility near perigee (where decay is most likely)
at about 35N latitude. Yesterday's elset indicated decay Jul.26.16, with
ndot adjusted to 0.677 as indicated by recent elsets.
Checking at OIG now this elset, and two more recent are:

It should be visible over southern Europe soon, and may possibly
survive to be seen over the US tonight. I'll try to improve the
forecasts.

Cosmos 2313 debris #24858 should have decayed around Jul.24.84
visible over Europe (and Australia??) on its last orbit, but
#24856 should decay tonight around Jul.25.88 Unfortunately, the
elset is old, and unreliable:
