Anomalous Iridiuim satellite?

I observed all five Iridium spacecraft from the 1997-34 launch this
morning between 0950 and 0953 UT. Four of the five fit the standard
appearance of +7th magnitude and steady. But one did not. 24873 was +4
and steady ----- anomalously bright. I just contacted the Iridium folks
and they have informed me that 24873 is believed to be the one that
experienced the anomaly.

Thanks to Bill Bard for the alert notice on SEESAT.
