I've also answered many public and private messages. I'm sure many others here have done the same. There are times I may skip a message figuring someone will have answered it already. If you don't get an answer, ask again in a week, mentioning that there was no response yet. As Bart said, I haven't found anyone here (except me maybe) that isn't nice and helpful in answering questions.
