I have been asked for help by someone investigating reports of moving objects
seen in the sky during the 1991 July 11 total solar eclipse by observers in
Mexico. They ask for the location of the Mir space station during the period
1.15 to 1.35 p.m. local time. I think this translates to 19.15-19.35 U.T.
Does anybody have the software to give the location of Mir [latitude and
longitude] given the following elements:

86 17 A 91192.67613487 .00028107
51.6022 164.3632 0004334 88.6695 271.5055 15.58757240

Many thanks Russell
