My local university library has issues of JBIS stopping as of '78 :-(
They can however get that article or any others (as long as I supply
the specifics) via inter-Library loan, but even they admit this will also
take many weeks :-(

As I am interested in finding our more about the US and CIS (re: Soviet)
military payloads I'd like to ask the following questions.

1. Does anyone know of an online source to JBIS? Or even an online source
to JBIS indices such that I may attempt to track down other articles?

2. Does anyone already have such a list? Failing my ability to access
   online any indices?

3. Does anyone have the above article or other articles from JBIS that
can be e-mailed or "snail" mailed to me failing all else?

Once again, many thanks in advance....Bill
